Due to the nature of our products, it is not uncommon for an order to be shipped in multiple boxes. Typically, delivery of all boxes is made on the same day by the carrier (generally FedEx or UPS), but sometimes they may arrive over the span of a few days.

When your order is shipped, you should receive an automated email that includes your tracking information. If you click the link to open the tracking info, you should be able to see the total number of packages in the shipment there.
